Why can't I find your phone numbers on your

We don't publish our phone numbers because of two reasons:
Before we send an offer for any accommodation we check the availability first. So, in general we can't help on the phone.
We don't offer a 24 hours service, which we consider a must if phone lines are published in the web.

Of course you can. But indicate please your first choice.

You go directly to the accommodation where the host/owner will wait for you.

There is not a general rule as this depends on the accommodation.
For some accommodation owners a short stay depends on the period of the year and there is e.g. no extra charge for short stays at all in May or June.
Other accommodation owners consider each stay less than 4 nights as a short stay.
In this case the extra charge varies (10 - 30%) and depends on the exact number of nights (1 - 3 nights).
Simply choose an accommodation. You will receive an offer with final price resp. all taxes and fees included.

Is a special visa or another document needed
for the transit through Neum (BH)? |

The free transit through Neum (BH) is part of a treaty between Croatia and Bosnia-Hercegovina (Note: use the transit line at the border crossing).
For transit the same documents are needed as for entering Croatia (identity card or passport).

Unfortunately we had very bad experiences in the past. Because if these experiences, we decided not to offer this additional service any more.
