Why can't I find your phone numbers on your
site? |

We don't publish our phone numbers because of two reasons:
Before we send an offer for any accommodation we check the availability first. So, in general we can't help on the phone.
We don't offer a 24 hours service, which we consider a must if phone lines are published in the web.

Can I select more than one accommodation? |
|
Of course you can. But indicate please your first choice.

Yes, there are. To reach Zaton, Orasac or Trsteno you can use the Lines No 12, 15, 21 or 26.

There is not a general rule as this depends on the owners of the accom- modation.
Some owners consider each stay less than 4 days as a short stay. In this case the extra charge varies between 10 - 30%, which depends on the precise number of days.
For other owners a short stay is less than 7-days stay or it depends on the time of the year.
Simply choose an accommodation. You will receive an offer with the indi-cated information, if an extra charge applies or not.

When will I receive the address of the accom-
modation and where do I get the keys? |

As soon as the advance payment is made, you will receive a confirmation & receipt of your booking.
Included in this document are the address, phone number and directions ('HOW-TO-REACH').
You go directly to the accommodation where the host/owner will wait for you.

Is a special visa or another document needed
for the transit through Neum (BH)? |
|
The free transit through Neum (BH) is part of a treaty between Croatia and Bosnia-Hercegovina (Note: use the transit line at the border crossing).
For transit the same documents are needed as for entering Croatia (identity card, passport or entry visa).

Of course we can and will. A special document required at the Croatian Embassy will be prepared by us and send to you by fax.
